Are there comparative performance figures/charts for the D-9 and D-12/13?

Can anybody tell me where on this forum is an archive where such documents are saved and can be found?

It seems all these planes were optimized for low drag with wax/putty, without ETC, full wheel well covers, smooth paint and motor cowling gap
Were rubber seals for the motor cowling gap for an increase in speed ever implemented in production machines?

Dear Spicmars, I don't know if you are referring to the annular radiator intake but, if so, in that case rubber sealing was actually implemented. It was located around the end of the cooling duct (right below radiator flaps) . It was meant to prevent airstream from escaping the duct while flaps were in fully closed position. This "leakage", unless prevented, would have made virtually impossible to get a completely closed layout for radiator flaps that would have resulted in a small, but still significant, increase of drag.
