Do you have a photo of the vertical stabilizer with clearly visible rivets?
They somehow secured the sheets of metal to the frame.

Here's what else is interesting. About the rivets. Were there partitions between possible ribs, for example, on the fuselage that you showed me, or not?

Should I make a vertical row of rivets or just a horizontal row?

Yes. The skin of the fuselage was riveted both the longerons and bulkheads. But it depended on the fuselage section. For instance at the cockpit area there wasn't too many of the horizontal lines because there wasn't too many of the stringers at the area. So there were the vertical rivet lines mostly. Also please notice that the main bearing element of the fuselage was its floor that was running from the cockpit to almost the last rear section. The entire rest of the fuselage I mean the sidea and the top ( ceiling ) was just a kind of superstructure only.

So how many rows of frame were there in the horizontal tail unit? (Tail)
 
The entire leading edge was of the matal skin. The part had its own stringer screwed/riveted to the front stringer of the main part of the stabilizer. Also there were ribs and two longerons . One from top and the second one at the bottom. The black part is a rubber soaked fabric protection of the leading edge against icing. It was wrapped along its endings on a metal strip that was scrwed to the surface along the longerons.

I seem to have drawn the outlines of the location of the joints and frame from the pictures, but I don't understand how the sheets of metal were attached.
Just on the Frame in one vertical row?
