I would imagine all Ju 52s were painted 70/71/65 as intended for land based. The floats or skis being a conversion. If they built them on purpose for floats they probably painted them with 72/73/65 scheme ?

I suppose. I don't know enough about this machine to know if these were production versions or conversions of land based transports.

Well the cockpit and cargo area is completed. Ready to close up the fuselage. I fumbled on the wings. I neglected to drill out the location holes for the floats in my haste to put the wings together. I ended up hot wiring a Christmas LED to a 1.5 volt battery and fishing it into the wing until the holes shone through. Better than trying to split the wing apart !!
