I usually use the premixed Model Master or Polly Scale acrylic versions but here are some possibilities: From Tamiya Paints: RLM 81--> XF51:1 + XF64:2 (reference: Eastern Carolina Plastic Modelers) But since there are actually a couple of versions of RLM 81 you might also want to check out THIS guide: http://www.ipmsnymburk.com/tamiya mixing/RLMwithTamiya.pdf The above guide actually shows some color chips for the various shades of RLM 81 so it's probably a good place to start. For Humbrol: Braunviolett RLM 81 Brown Violet +> 3*Hu:150 + 2*Hu:33 (reference: Color Reference Charts - Humbrol Colour System Binder<) and here's a little background: RLMColorPt4 Confused? I know I am. Last edited: Jul 18, 2009
