I'm at a bit of a loose end at the moment having completed the Wildcat and as I don't have anything in my stash for the next GB, I thought I'd post some images of a build which I completed back in July. It was OOB with the edition of some Eduard pre-painted seat belts. The only issue I had with the build was the separate tail section which required a lot of work to blend it in as there was no natural panel line where it was joined. All paints used were Vallejo Model Air. I hope you like them all comments welcome.

A very pretty build Vaughan. I don't see anything wrong with it. Maybe more my eyes but on the underside pic, the seam on the fuselage on the rounded section between the flaps seems a bit prominent. The only thing I might have done differently is to paint the sections between the radiator louvres in NMF as these had the louvers sliding over them. And me being me, I would have added a lot more oil streaks on the underside but these are all things that are more taste than correctness.

Thanks Guys for the compliments, Andy I thought the same about the seam but when I looked at some reference photos during the build it does appear quite prominent.

Thanks again Guys for all your compliments this was my 7th build since returning to the hobby in 2010 . I think my modelling skills have definitely improved over this period of time. Belonging to forums plus tutorials on YouTube have helped. But I think you have to just keep practising and learning by your mistakes. Airbrushing was a bit hit and miss at first, I use Iawata airbrushes a .3 CR and .5 BR and have stuck to using Model Air which so far has worked out ok.
