Having a look around the net and learning more these a/c I am now tempted to stick with my Zveda 109F2 and pick up the Zveda F4 kit as well.

The only issue is in trying to make an F4 Trop. No dust filter on these a/c. Does anyone know if anyone makes a 1/48 scale resin filter?

Hasegawa should have both types in their kit. Then again I picked up after market parts long ago for these kits and I have everything :S

A duds filter can easily be scratch-built, using tube or rod and strip or tape.

Or a spare 1/35 German gas mask case. With a little care they can be made into a convincing filter.

Just found out that the Zveda BF109F-4 kit gives you the tropical air filter as well. So no worries here.

I ordered this kit like a week ago and already have it. From Europe to Canada in a week. Pretty quick.
