Hello,
My family has had this flag for a while. I was hoping someone could help me with translating it and maybe even authenticating it.
It supposedly has Hideki Tojo's signature on it, or at least that's what the paper on the back seems to imply.
Sorry the pictures aren't great. If it helps I can try to take some better ones.

It can be read like this -

Good long fortune in battle

Army 5th Division Headquarters

3rd infantry (regiment?)

Tojo, Hideki

Nogawa, Hideatsu

Commander in chief

Loyalty and bravery

Messenger

首相 Prime Minister Koiso

Loyalty and patriotism

Showa 19th year (1944)

Army 5th Division

Communication unit

Seals in red: 拾銭 Jussen (producer's name)

This flag looks one of the authentic souvenir flags sold to the GIs in Japan in the late 1940s.
Probably produced in Hiroshima because the IJA 5th Division was located there.
Here are some other similar flags introduced in this forum before. Words were almost common.
