I saw one used in the Project Blue Book TV series a few years ago and assumed it was CGI, but I guess it could have been this one.
The H-5 helicopter used in Korea by the USN and USAF was quite limited. On some missions they even had to leave a helo crew member at the crash site in order to evacuate the wounded, and I guess the HO5 was much more capable.
