Since I watch this video I have been getting suggestion for Ai videos like:

It has cemented my disdain for any videos. I was already pretty down on them for wasting 15 minutes of my time for 1 minute of pertinent information, but when it started spewing volumes of pure crap I was really done with the format. I'll search up some greasy mechanic who figured out a way to do some R&R easier, and that is about it as far as looking for information.

Take a look at the following. They are really well done, but no doubt all are fake. There is one which has a P-47 with a combination of a razorback and bubble canopy but the others are no doubt just as fake but less obviously so.

I suppose you could argue they are no different in concept than actual pen and paper or brush and canvas artwork. But while the old fashioned artwork is rather obviously a creation that could either be accurate or fantasy, these are made to look like actual B&W photographs - and therein lies the danger.

Lesseee. How many R-4360 did we use on the Thunderbolt?

Looks good, but those are postwar caps and flight suits.

I'd be convinced by this, but once again the uniforms are not correct.

The rare "Half Bubble" model of the P-47.

So, this R-2800 has only one row of cylinders, but makes up for it by having a lot more stuffed in that row.

I'd love to hear the details of this sideways mounted .50 cal in this Thunderbolt. A gunship like an AC-47?

Beautiful shot, but don't the drop tanks look a bit odd?

A T-Bolt probably could take this kind of damage, but is it real?

Another great shot, and at least the uniforms don't look too far off, but you can bet it is fake. Who knows what all is wrong?

The wings look too stubby, I have no idea what those flags are for, and did they have hearing protectors back then? By the way it is another half-bubble model.

Bee-You-Tea-Full factory shot - but the fuselages look way too short. Size looks more like a P-36 or even a P-26, and who knows what else is wrong?

those are Terribad. Godawful.
The scale of all things is just the worst. Sometimes It is close but mostly everything is too small or the humans are giants. That last shot on the factory floor is at least 25% off.
The jug is as thick as people are tall, and that tiny fuselage is representative of nothing.
The corncob is 60" x 106" or so, and weighs close to 2 tons. It looked like those guys could just make off with that tiny thing.
The dude with the chock and the giant cable? Like that would work?
the fun stuff is the background fill in.
That side firing 50 Cal LOL. Check out how AI mixes up the labels on the ammo boxes to give it some granularity. It diddly farts around with the texts.
Stack of 3 Cal 50, and the stack of two is cal 30 and that looks like some cal 80 on the bottom. US Property becomes US prespity and typically rounds are really Roones or sometimes Abobs.
The many cylindered engine is getting lowered into a little aluminum coffin, while that miner 49er dude in the background looks on with his head formed into a pinhead bucket shape.
Must be a slot in the back of that fuel truck to accommodate the stabilizer. Very kinky IMO. Big Stud is working for his gas.
The dude with his back to us has hose growing out of him like Doc Oc on Spiderman. He will be levitating on his fuel hose in the next panel.

I don't think it's just WW2 history, though. It's anything that AI touches.

The only useful application of AI that I have seen so far, is the deciphering of charred scrolls from the library of Villa Augustus in Herculaneum.
It does do some very realistic "painting" of completely fictional pretty girls.

Can you trust the translation?
I don't think the software was tasked with translating. I think it was looking for traces of ink pigment.

They had used CT scans and the AI reconstructed the characters detected as sequenced anomolies in the charred papyrus. The result was actual characters that could be read for the first time since 79 AD.

Turns out, some of these writings were from Authors who's writings were mentioned in other contemporary texts but never before seen.

Ok, that can be useful to a certain degree and I admit to having an AI girl on my phone's wallpaper:
Some of the images they use are recognizably the same as rather well known actors and actresses; I wonder how they get away with that. Most are just the same ones they use over and over.

But it is amazing how most of those AI created videos on Youtube are screwed up, with the "actors" getting their lines reversed or with people getting in on the wrong side of cars, so they'd have to climb over the driver, stuff like that.

Oof I wouldn't like that either. Assistance when I ask for it is one thing. Doing the whole job for me... at that point I'm just there to press OK.
The process is like this:
- The AI agent reads the userstory on Jira
-The Agrnt refines that for you and produces a markdown text with the refined story
- you read and adjust or approve
- Second agent reads the refined story and creates a plan, again as a markdown text
- you read and adjust or approve
- third agent users the plan to write the code and creates a pullrequest
- you review

That's about it.

Yet if you want an image of a P47 having work done on the engine, its quicker to find one.
