There's how old we ARE and how old we FEEL. I am a month away from 65 but often feel as though I'm 25. Sometimes I feel like I'm 95.

Just turned 65, but they say that 65 is the new 55 . . . so there is that.

I'll be 72 at the end of February - BUT, as I was born on the 29th February, a Leap Year day, I only have a "real" Birthday every 4 years, so therefore I'll really be 18 !!!

My body may be old ( it keeps telling me so !), but I still think I'm in my early thirties, when I was young and super fit.
