At glance it can't bee noticed that the Hrricane is preparing for the Operation Rutter markings. But the enlarged shot reveals the marked with a chalk areas for the white strips. But it is possible that the markings could be just the remains of the cancelled operations and the pic was taken while getting ready for the Jubilee operation.
