Identification

Hi! I was looking to see if anyone could help identify this bullet casing. I found it inside of my bathroom wall while redoing it, the house is very old so I have no idea when or how it got there.

Can you provide a bit more info as to what is stamped in the bottom of the projectile? I can read 45 20mm, what else is stamped in the base? What country is your house in?

The taper and base leads me to think it's a ball round from either a British or American Hispano 20mm.

It also says M95 and I am from the US I live in the bottom right of PA

Did it actually pierce and embed in that wall? Not some weird thing where someone put it at the bottom of a cement mold as a memento?

It appears to have not gone through a barrel as there are no rifling grooves. Possibly a souvenir that somehow fell into the wall.
