At first glance, it looks like a noseless Ki-46 Dinah.

IMHO .. not the Ki-46 Dinah. Judging by the exhaust pipe and the shape of the engine cowling with the nacelle , the landing gear, the inspection panels, the shape of the fuselage behind the cockpit and the remnant of the antenna mast , the nose armament bed with the bulkhead behind it and location of the landing light at the wing leading edge, it is a Kawasaki Ki-45 Toryu.
