Italian EF 2000 Typhoon "Baracca - 55th anniversary Frecce Tricolori"

Here following are some w.i.p. pictures on my build, starting from the beginning.
First issue was represented by the wrong or aproximate rendering of some kit parts. See for example the difference fro Aires parts on the right and Trumpeter ones.
Aires seat was the only option.
But there was nothin to do to correct the shape of the canopy.

I also used Reskit nozzles to repleace kit ones, the difference is evident!

During February '24 main components of the model got glued togheter and I also strated looking at landing gears with the addition of some piping.

March '24 was dedicated to paint and detail the seat and paint the whole model, with an attempt of pre-shading.

The issue with canards.
Canard supplied with the kit are absolutely wrong in many aspects.
I first tried to modify them, but with poor results, until a friend suggested me the name of an Austrian cottage factory called "Wolf 3D Resin Parts" that makes very nice corrects canards.
These canards are supplied in two versions, one for parking and one for fly position.
From them I also purchased a nice centerline pylon for LPD pods.
