Yes, roundels on stabilisers should be the same as others, but I had not enough of the good ones, I will replace them soon.

Hello everybody, I completed the decals job and added emergency floats. Also, I applied a light coat of "light grey shader" from MIG to tone down the sparkling white of large decals. This can be appreciated specially on the anchor badge.
