Iwata to Paasche Airhose converter?

Hey, Guys,
I am eyeing an Iwata HP-C Gravity feed air brush at hobbylobby with a 40% off coupon. However, I use Paasche's right now and have only Paasche airhoses. Has anyone been able to get a Paasche hose to mate up to the Iwata? Visual inspection leads me to believe that these are not a clean match and I may need a conversion. Any ideas?

For my compressor to airline I went to the hardware store and got one of these.

My Iwata HP-C came with it's own hose and it uses the same fitting on my compressor as my Paasche VL.
