This is not Japanese cuisine but Japanese-style American dish with higher calory.
Price looks double but volume also looks double to triple.
Economical.

Much to my detriment, I rarely carry or use cash, even though most places charge more if you use a card.

The card charge in Japan is not necessarily welcomed by the shop side.

5% for restaurant
4% for retail shop
1% for convenience store

So, not a few restaurants refuse payment by card.
