Japanese cloth translation needed.

I've had this cloth as well as a Hinomaru flag for a very long time. It was given to me by my granddad who brought it him from his time in the pacific. Can anyone help translate what this cloth says? I believe it to be similar to a good luck flag but I'm not completely sure. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Not perfect as the writers were highly educated people who could enjoy poem but -


東風に高く浮かれるアー奴凧 kochikaze ni takaku ukareru ah yakkodako
落ちくれなる河何志くも ochikurenaru kanashikumo

A yakkodako kite flies high by the east wind but falls sadly.
(We had a good time with you but now you are leaving for the battle field sadly)

鈴奴 大江 (by) Suzuyakko & Oe (Geisya girls)

広末松月 Hirosue, Shogetsu (restaurant owner's name)
梅小不二亭 Umesho Fuji-tei (restaurant's name)
梅? Ume ?

仙興(Senko?) (probably the cloth owner's last pen name)
湖? (ko?) (probably the cloth owner's first pen name)

The cloth owner seems to be a man of culture who was enlisted in the army circa 1943.
