The paper burning type Sonar gear manual, or even a picture of the front of the gear rack, used aboard this B1RD.
Long shots I know, but one can hope......

The LongRanger is not a WW2 aircraft so belongs in the post war index - not the WW2 index
 
You are welcome. Tragic, but the wheels groke through the sand crust and pitched the aircraft tail over nose, as you can see. And, worst of all, the last take was unnecessary as they had the film they needed before the last pass. Seems that way to history but, more likely, they used what they had because there was no more film of it to be gotten.
