If you live in or around Dallas, I highly recommend Cavanaugh Flight Museum in Addison, Tx. Long time members know I have been a proponent of this museum, but only because it's simply one of the best I have ever visited. March 23rd is the last day of their "Rise Above" week, which features classes to inspire youth's to get involved in aviation careers. It will also have the traveling CAF Red Tail squadron's "Rise Above" traveling exhibit with films and guest speakers talking about the Tuskeegee Airmen.
***WONDERFUL NEWS*** Yesterday, for the first time, their DHC-4 Caribou took to the sky's making it the only flying Caribou in the USA.
