Me 262A-1a 'Red 13' (Wk-Nr 110559) flown by Heinz Bär, III./EJG 2, Lechfeld, March 1945.....
Thought that it'd look good with his Fw 190A-7 'Red 13', but, is the Trumpeter 1/32 A-1a as good as they say?

Looks pretty good in the box Jan...some reviews will give you a definitive answer though...sure it scrubs up ok !

I've built three of the Trumpeter kits (various versions) and very nice they are too.
Typically Trumpeter there is a lot of internal detail which will never be seen if you close the model up,that's not a criticism,just a fact.I sanded back and Mr Surfacered the surface detail on a couple of mine as a personal preference,but again it is not bad.
