Hi
I'm trying to find some information on an me410 pilot Uoffz Loriner, I found 2 seperate profiles for his aircraft, although he could've flown more than one, can anyone confirm the registration or possibly have historical pictures of his 410, both sources (wings pallete and wardrawings) state that Uoffz shot down 3 b24 on one night in 1944.
Thanks in advance for any responses!

The one coded 3U+CP seems to be wrong. Although the caption says that's the kite of the 6./KG51 the code markings indicate the ZG26. So if the guy served in the 6./KG51 the profile with the 9K+EP would be more correct because the code 9K is the proper one for the KG51. However there is a shot of crashed 9K+CP of II./KG51 in Classic Colours' Kampfflieger Vol.4. So this can be the reason for the mistake. . Just instead of the 9K code for the KG51, the ZG26 code ( U3 ) was added. But the "P" letter is of the same size the 9K ones in the photo.

wow, thanks for such a great response, got any of the photos from the books mentioned? Thanks!
