There are quite a few still around, thankfully. I have a bunch of photos of Mustangs, but this one is by far, my favorite. I shot this from an SNJ over Ventura County in September, 2008.

For a bit of info, the Mustang crash site that Rocketeer and I are recovering parts from (This is a fully licensed dig !) was in the RAF colours. While I agree that the 'Stang looks 'drop dead gorgeous' with polished flanks, its still nice to see shots of ones fully painted up.

Blue skies and a '51 on full song....what more could you want ?
