Newbie with a question

Hi All, I have a question about a tailwheel i have. Its got AHO 5000 stamped on it with an 'aero' 3.00 x 3 1/2 tyre on it. Could any of you kind folk shed some light onto what it could be off? It's in pretty poor condition

The wheel was fitted to Percival Proctors (I-IV) and Hurricane Is. Given that the Proctor was an extremely ugly trainer and the Hurricane a vital part of Britain's air defence in 1940 I'd hope for the latter

I can hear the dedicated owners of lovingly-restored Proctors, throughout the land, muttering under their breath - something about skinning alive some bloke called Steve, I think !

Many Thanks, I had hoped Hurricane but the 3.00 x 3 1/2 tyre threw me a bit unless of course it had been replaced and used on a glider i guess. Out of interest do you know if the Proctor used a 3.00 tyre as i thought all Hurricanes used a 4.00?
