Just got back from a Perillo northern Italy tour which is basically a summary of the history of parts of Italy. Rome, Bologna,Venice, Portofino, Ciqueterra, lake Como, lake Maggiore, Rappallo, and a few others.

Fabulous photos! My ex-wife used to live in Florence and in the foothills there was this modest little restaurant we went to that served prosciutto ham, pear and pecorino cheese, on a plate, with a touch of olio and aceto on the side for dipping. Glorious flavour combination!

Thank you, I haven't been able to eat Italian here in Florida since I've gotten back.
