This is a miniature of the statue produced by the canadian artist Don Begg and offered by the Regina Rifle regiment to be inaugurated at Thue et Mue on june 5.

Ceremony at Saint-Denis-de-Méré for the crew of a Groupe Lorraine Boston (Squadron 342) attached to Wing 137, RAF, shot down by Flak on august 4/5 1944.
The squadron lost 5 planes during this mission.
Crew, all deceased :
Sergent Chef René Bonneville Pilot 26 year old ;
Sous lieutenant Pierre Barrier. Bomber / Navigator, 30 year old ;
Sergent Roger Dupuis. Radio, 23 year old ;
Sergent Chef Louis Jean, Gunner, 23 year old.
