I don't know what the WEM is but it is wrong.According to my info AII was of many tonalities because it was not a part of the tonality number but it was a sign of a kind of semi-gloss paint for painting wooden and fabric covered surfaces from 1943 to 1944.The next part of the paint name was just the proper name of a paint. So :
AII Swietlo-koricznievyj ( FS595 - 20260 , light brown with sand tonality ) - Humbrol 118/Gunze H310/Testors 1732
AII Koricznievyj (FS595 - 20111 , dark brown) - Humbrol186/Testors 1701/Tamiya X-09
The same was with AMT paints.So AMT1 ( semi-gloss paint) or A-21M ( matt paint) Swietlo-koricznievyj (Light-brown with sand tonality) FS595 - 26306 or 36350 Humbrol 118 or Humbrol 83 for the second FS595 number/ Testors 1792/Tamiya XF-49
For the AII Zielonyj (green) FS595 - 24258 should be used Humbrol 114/Testors 1571/Tamiya XF-13 or AII Tiomno-zielonyj (dark green) FS595 - 24062 Humbrol 149/Testors 1764/Tamiya X-05
