Airwork is still around and operates/operated a large fleet if Kawasaki BK117 helicopters among other things but they have been in recievership for about a year. Their website is sparse and ignores choppers so they have possibly sold them..

Yes ... the Polikarpov I-17 also known as ЦКБ-15. But it is the ЦКБ-19, the second improved prototype.
