Is this the same a/c? I beleive there was a Il-4 in Severomorsk (with the elongated nose) but it's a different plane.


You are righ Yves. That's the same DB-3 , c/n 891311. She was found in woods in 80'. She was picked up, restored and sent to the museum in December 1988. Originally displayed outside, it is now displayed in the original display hangar. It looks like they repainted her in order to refresh the old faded camo she was wearing when displaying outside.
