It is a Polish PZL 101 Gawron based on soviet Yak12M. Gawron ( Rook ) was producing in Poland from1960. Turkey bought 5 planes of the type.

When I was Navy in the '60s, these were known as WMs ... Woman Marines. Apparently today, there is no separate term for a woman in the United States Marine Corps, simply "Marine" — Unlike WACs, WAVEs, WAFs and SPARs, there is no separate title for female Marines. This position reflects the Marine Corps' emphasis on equality and the fact that all members, regardless of gender, earn the title through the same rigorous training and meet the same standards. (a web search brings up two early names, and 13 nicknames: None match our common nickname used then ... BAM!)
btw - Those B-25 variants were still in service at Cherry Point and throughout the Navy in Composite Squadrons through the '70s! Simple systems; easy to maintain!
