Is that a transport trolley or a launch trolley? I flew an Otter (on floats) off a launch trolley in Edmonton in 71. Acceleration was about the same as flying off water. Somewhat slower than on wheels. After liftoff the brakes on one side of the trolley failed and it did mad spins down the runway.

I believe it is a launch trolley.
