'Walk" also means "Run Screaming Away"Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing.
Looks like my workbench. I'll get it finished, uh, soon.
Anyone think that the battleship fo'c'sle in the lower-left looks suspiciously RN?........
I think it is one of the older BB's either BB-32 USS Wyoming (but probably not BB-32 considering her service in WWII) BB-33 USS Arkansas, BB-34 USS New York, or BB-35 USS Texas.Anyone think that the battleship fo'c'sle in the lower-left looks suspiciously RN?........
The RN 13.5" and 15" turrets have the distinctive range hoods across the rear of the turret top, plus the distinctive 'ribs' from side-to-side. The US 12" and 14" turrets had flat roofs: https://navsource.org/archives/01/033/013345u.jpgI think it is one of the older BB's either BB-32 USS Wyoming (but probably not BB-32 considering her service in WWII) BB-33 USS Arkansas, BB-34 USS New York, or BB-35 USS Texas.
What sort of aircraft is in the V? Large barrel flexible guns in the front of the nacelles and pusher props, doesn't look familiar to me.
The planes in the 'V' are Devastators (please correct if wrong....). The middle tank chassis appears to be one of the Christie-based models, built in (very) small numbers before the war:What sort of aircraft is in the V? The tank chassises don't look right for WW2? At least the middle one looks like a Sheridan?
Agree on tanks. Middle one is the 1936 T4, front early Stuart, rear M2 medium. The planes in the 'V' are Devastators (please correct if wrong....). The middle tank chassis appears to be one of the Christie-based models, built in (very) small numbers before the war:(http://imgur.com/FaWuP68)

I was trying to figure out what that was. Too much going on in the foreground for my tired eyes.Anyone think that the battleship fo'c'sle in the lower-left looks suspiciously RN?........
The front of the turret appears to be curved. Arkansas has a flat front.I think it is one of the older BB's either BB-32 USS Wyoming (but probably not BB-32 considering her service in WWII) BB-33 USS Arkansas, BB-34 USS New York, or BB-35 USS Texas.
The planes in the "V" itself are undoubtedly, Devastators. I meant the one between the "V"? In the mouth of the "V".The planes in the 'V' are Devastators (please correct if wrong....).
