A5M2B A two seat A5M with canopy?

I think it is a single seater, the early examples had an enclosed canopy with a transparency behind the cockpit like the A/C in the photo. So IMO yes an enclosed canopy, no not a 2 seater. But as always happy to be proved wrong!
Yep .. this is the single-seater A5M2b of the Hyakurihara Kokutai.The planes with the enclosed cockpit were made by the Nagoya plant and later by the Dai-Nijuichi Kaigun Kokusho at Omura that supported production of the Nagoya factory. The Japanese pilots complained about the visibility during the dogfights. So for the reason the cockpit hood was usually removed in the operational units and later also at the assembling lines. The Nagoya plant assembles 108 planes with the kind of the cockpit and the next 16 was assembled by the Omura workshop. The Omura support manufacturer kept assembling of the closed cockpit for the A5M2b even after the Nagoya ceased the production and continued assembling of the A5M2b Claude with the open cockpit.

I just found this very interesting shot of a wrecked floatless Kingfisher. Even without the float, it seems like it would be pleasant airplane to fly, but I guess it was not all that easy. At least they did not bend the prop. I hope that bomb is an inert model used for practice! The Monogram kit included the fixed landing gear.

The bomb would normally have a small multiblade prop on the front and unless the split pin that locks it from rotation has been removed the bomb should be totally inert.
