Someone was offended by the very popular Girls and Airplanes thread and it was shut down.
It might have been simpler, and certainly more popular to have shut down their member access.

There sure isn't any change in posting images.

Wasn't the purpose of the thread to inform and celebrate the capability of the female of the species?

Well, some of those images were AI generated and that seemed to be especially offensive to some people, for some reason. You can't look at pictures of scantily clad females and pictures of scantily clad females that are basically a modern version of cartoons apparently is even worse.

Actually the post is something that doesn't fit the Syscom3s idea of creating of the thread.

Post a single picture of anything to do with WW2, including the years prior and just after

Looking at the images there I would say there is one or perhaps two pics that should be accepted only. About the first shot I don't mention at all. It has nothing in common with the thread.
