AVRO 504's lined up at at flightschool. The first two batches (12 apiece) were ordered in 1919 and 1922 STUR

I do not think they are 504s given that the last version that I know of, the N, had the same tail as the early ones and did not have bumped cowls. Also the cockpits too far back, those have tailwheels and N struts and are far better looking than the 504s. Earlier 504s had a long central skid between the main wheels and horseshoe engine cowls.

I do not know what they are but I definitely like them.

Right. I see that. They are Koolhoven FK 51s that replaced the AVROs. Good catch. There are so many models to keep track of. I have learned much from all of the knowledge everyone on here has. It's like an aircraft college!
