This is definitely not a prototype and not in 1932. This airplane was built after 1935 - unfortunately, I can't distinguish by memory whether it is MBR-2 or MBR-2bis.
In addition. I found this photo in a reliable source. This is an MBR-2-M-34 of the Black Sea Fleet in 1942.

Do you have any manuals or training notes or whatever for that turret or is it this one? Do you have a better copy or a link to a better copy. I got this one as a printed copy but it came from somewhere on the internet. My source would not say where he got it and he gave it to me to digitize and translate. I think I posted a copy to this forum somewhere.
Unfortunately, I don't have any reference materials for the UTK-1. However, someone offered a scan of the manual somewhere on a forum- I'll try to find out whether the offer is still valid. Perhaps, a scan of the manual was posted once by Snautzer01 in the Li-2 thread.
