My HS Physics teacher once swapped places with the guy in the rear gunner's seat while flying a USN floatplane launched from the USS Texas. Problem was, a crewmen on the ship noticed it when they got back. Of course, they both denied it; such in-flight gymnastic prowess may have been admirable but certainly would not be career enhancing.At first glance, I thought it was in flight and that the crew member on the wing was engaged in some crazy semaphore exercise.
