At first glance, I thought it was in flight and that the crew member on the wing was engaged in some crazy semaphore exercise.
My HS Physics teacher once swapped places with the guy in the rear gunner's seat while flying a USN floatplane launched from the USS Texas. Problem was, a crewmen on the ship noticed it when they got back. Of course, they both denied it; such in-flight gymnastic prowess may have been admirable but certainly would not be career enhancing.

Yep. I always wondered how they got it out of the basement.

It turns out that when the US Army captured Panzers during the drive through France they fixed the repairable ones and gave them to the French Resistance to keep the pockets of German holdouts entertained. The French also did that with captured Ju88's.
