plant, including Marilyn Monroe and Robert Mitchum. The photo was taken 16 February 1941,

P-47 in PNG. Note the big ugly belly tank. The second shot is of the same airplane after it was recovered from a mountainside. It is for sale, just a little fixer upper.
Probably be done before I get my 97 Celica back together.

I think they are pulling the line to secure the smaller ship on the port side of the Carrier.
