I remember quite well the peas that were served for lunch at the Army induction center when I received my draft notice in 1970. With a sling shot, I could have easily taken out the Sargeant with them when he said that we were having an example of the fine meals that would served in basic training. Thank God I ended up 4F. The food would killed me before I could have graduated.Peas can be deadly properly used!
