Now this is a true Rara Avis. It is a USAAF Carpetbagger Mossie, PRXVI. The Carpetbaggers were the 492nd Bombardment Group and had been the first unit equipped with ASW radar in B-24's which made them very valuable to both the RAF, the USAAF, and the USN. When the mission was transferred to RAF and USN units the USAAF found itself with a well trained heavy bomber group that was inexperienced in either formation flying or high altitude bombing. So they were transferred to special operations, such as supplying secret agents in occupied Europe. From Flight Journal, June 2015.

Hi F Frog -- do you have the complete booklet?

The US Army put out a lot of pocket guides (like the two Australian ones attached) but that looks like it is a purely 20th AF booklet.

Is it just me or are pages 8 and 9 missing?
I am having a #$%^& load of problems with my ISP with pages not opening and mail not arriving and being blocked for reasons like this below. I do not want to change ISPs as they were great for the last 14 years and just turned bad. Plus if I changed I would still need to keep them for a couple of months until everyone knew my new email.
