Izzat' a Zero poking out from under the Duck's tail?

Lt. Moriyasu Hidaka poses in front of his Mitsubishi A6M2 Model 21 Zero fighter on the flight deck of the light aircraft carrier Zuihō in October of 1942, prior to the Battle of Santa Cruz Island's. Hidaka was the commander of Zuihō's zero squadron during the Battle of Santa Cruz where he led 9 zeros into the battle, he received both praise and criticism for having intercepted USS Enterprise's strike force leading to the loss of 2 TBFs and 3 Wildcats but having abandoned the strike force that was sent to strike the US carriers that subsequently suffered heavy losses including Lt. Commander Murata.

Maybe a Tora Zero but absolutely not a genuine one.

the pic source: the net.
The observer/gunner looks like he's ready to be done flying for the day.

Didn't Black Sheep Squadron have a Duck, now and then?
Yes, they did...at least on the TV show. =)
