According to the site I found the another copy of the image it is B-25 of the 90th BS, the 3rd BG, the 5th AF. The pic was taken on 27th September 1944.

Probably the 3rd BG. though (no tail markings) - shark mouths have been used initially in the 3rd BG. and later some a/c went to the 345th.

The Avro Anson, a low-wing cantilever twin-engine monoplane, is still holding its own against more recent types of aircraft of the same class in the duties of general and offensive reconnaissance. Constructed of wood and metal, and covered with fabric, it is roomy and a large amount of window space gives good visibility. The aircraft carries a crew of three and is armed with two machine-guns-one forward and one in an Armstrong-Whit worth gun turret. The two Armstrong-Siddeley Cheetah IX radial air-cooled engines, each developing 350 H.P, at 7,300 feet, gives a speed of 188 m.p.h. The aircraft in these photographs are manned and flown by men of the Royal Dutch Naval Service operating with the Royal Air Force.
