The fresh border of the national insignia (insignia blue) covers the previous one in insignia red. In the mean time the rest of the insignia has faded out - check the difference between wing and fuselage blue disk, thus the difference between border and blue disk. The top of the cowling is re-painted as well. They might have used insignia blue instead of the camouflage colour though. There are at least one dozen of colours and shades, without counting the dirt, fading and interior colour)s) - a modelers dream!
