Warner Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, 22 March 1985. Marines from the 2nd Light Armored Vehicle Battalion, 2nd Division, drive LAV25 light armored
vehicles into a C-5A Galaxy aircraft for a flight to Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina.

 

Every time I saw a C-5 come in for landing, it looked for sure that it was going to stall. They're just so damned big that even flying at 150 kts they look freakin' slow.
