I got stuck between two LAV's coming off camp Cortney MCB Butter Okinawa. I was in a Fairlady (280z) . That a little disconcerting to be between these two lavations and not knowing if they can even see you, well the guy behind.

Every time I saw a C-5 come in for landing, it looked for sure that it was going to stall. They're just so damned big that even flying at 150 kts they look freakin' slow.

It was the first plane I worked after tech school. 436 MAW 436 AMS Diver AFB. FRED was the first thing I learned about them. Fing Ridicules Economic Deastor!
