I'm not sure, but I would guess that this is the 22nd IAP PVO (Air Defense fighter regiment), Bezrechnaya Airfield in Transbaikalia. I would appreciate it if someone could confirm or refute my hypothesis.

About 1955 there were F-86 Sabres at Prestwick in that colour, I believe they ended up in Spain

The Japanese must drink much Sakai before painting an aircraft. This can be proofed (ha see what I did there) by the wild colors and unbelievable schemes they come up with!
