There are a number of differences between the fighter and the trainer, the most noticeable is the wing leading edge extensions, and more powerful engines that. What is the difference between a F5B and a T-38 ?
NopeWasn't the F-5B a single seater?
The tip tanks are a dead giveaway in this photo: T-38 can't mount them.It would seem that the poor old F-5B is the least understood aircraft of all time. In Europe they were very common (KLu mainly) and so any two-seater was an F-5B. Yet any time I post a photo of an F-5B I get "that's a T-38!" and then the dialogue above ensues...
There was. At 7:20 am my time I wasn't in the okay mode to cover them all. It's pretty fpr a jet and I am all good. Back to sleep lolThere are a number of differences between the fighter and the trainer, the most noticeable is the wing leading edge extensions, and more powerful engines that.
