Now this must be the most Harriers I've seen in one shot.

An F-4E pilot took off without properly engaging the wing-lock pins, causing the wings to fold in flight. The pilot landed safely.

The aircraft had been freshly repainted, and the maintenance crew mistakenly painted the wing-lock pins gray instead of high-visibility red. During the pre-flight walk-around, the aircrew failed to notice that the manual wing-lock pins were not properly engaged.
