In Florida we've been open for business since last fall, when done right there's no reason not to. Of the 50 United States and the DC area, Florida is 33 in COVID cases, not too shabby considering the average age of our population down here.
We are doing Pizza on Sunday. We have a great Neapolitan style brick oven pizza here. I get mine with Buffalo milk Mozzarella and 18 month Aged Prosciutto. So damn good.
Of course my two favorite pizzas I cannot get here.
1. Pizza with Garlic, Shrimp, Squid, and Mussels
2. Pizza with Gorgonzola cheese, bacon, grapes and balsamic glaze.

Mellow Mushroom has a "Pacific Rim":
Red sauce base with mozzarella, ham, bacon, caramelized onions, pineapple, and jalapeños.
Much like the two you listed Adler, strange sounding combinations but boy do they ever work on the taste buds.

We have a Mellow Mushroom about 5 minutes from house. I have not tried it yet.

Had another great pizza made with real buffalo milk Mozzarella, not that shredded processed crap they pass off as mozzarella here. Added some of that aged prosciutto and it was off the hook.
