The Hordern-Richmond, two blade wooden prop possible used for a couple of planes powered by the Cirrus engine. The diameter of the prop D - 5.75 and the pitch P 4.11.

the engine is listed for the Miles Hawk, B.A. Swallow I, Auster , Blackburn Bluebird IV, D.H.60 Moth or Tiger Moth, Simmonds Spartan, Avro Avain and Westland Widgeon series of aircraft ... if the pressed engine name starts with the CIRRUSS Major it may be of the Miles Hawk or Hendy 302 or the Blackburn B.2 Trainer . If there is the CIRRUS Minor II that could be the Avro Avian , Auster I or J, DH.60 Moth, and H.71 Tiger Moth or B.A. Swallow II or B.A.IV.

BTW ... The DRG number is not seen fully. Is that the DRG NO. 702/2/A ?. If it is , the prop is listed for the Auster 5J1.
