I need to some help locating what seems to be some very hard to find decals, they are for a 1:48 Ju88 C-6 stationed in Bordeaux between 1942-43, the actual decals can be seen here on a finished Ju88 C-6.

Junkers Ju 88C-6 by Franck Oudin (Revell 1/48)

I want to locate these decals so that i can replicate this Ju88. If you read on it towards the bottom of the page it states the decals are made by 'Third Group' having looked around i can't seem to find them.

Also another little bit of help i need, the colours seen on the Ju88 C-6 what are they?

I think it is the standard camo scheme RLM70/71/65 with RLM76 as the additional colour on upper surfaces.

Can't see anything special about the markings, so there are a number of sheets available for Luftwaffe letters and numbers, from various manufacturers. Your best option is probably Peddinghaus Decals, who specialise in Luftwaffe stuff, and have a fairly large range of letter/numbers, in most, if not all, of the 'standard' colours, as well as crosses and swastikas, and, of course, unit markings etc.

Third Group Decals have not been around for quite some time, their decals are as scarce as rocking horse sh!t

Does anyone know where i will be able to get German Luftwaffe letters in 1:48? i checked out Peddinghaus Decals whilst they had a wide range they didn't sell the ones i need. The ones i'm after are the red letters with a white border around and the black letters with a white border around.

Could have sworn I saw every style at Peddinghaus, in 1/48th. Sometimes decals are supplied in 'overlay' fashion, where a white number/letter sheet will be slightly larger, so that another colour decal can be overlaid, to form a white outline. Double check the sizes quoted. You can also try Hannant's, as they have a good range, although it might take you some time to find them, as their cataloguing system can be a bit too precise sometimes. There's another company who might have them, and when I remember their name, I'll let you know!!
With Luftwaffe subjects being so popular, their must be someone, somewhere, who can supply!
